- Is there a membership fee?
- There is no membership fee. You only pay for the services you use.
- How often do you have flights?
- We have flights from the U.S. 5x per week.
- How often you have sea freight?
- We have freight by sea once per week
- When do customs fees apply?
- Customs fees are only charged on packages valuing $100 USD or higher.
- What are restricted items?
- Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
- I need help purchasing something online
- We can help you purchase items online and deliver them to your doorstep.
- After how many days, will storage fee starts applying?
- You'll have up to 7 days from when the package is ready to be picked up / delivery before storage fees are added.
- What are classified as unknown packages?
- Any packages that are lacking the courier code specified In the address. Please make sure, you include all address information & courier code so your package won't goes into unknown status because once it does you'll have to pay a fee of $ 1,000 JMD. Also you must provide the correct tracking number for the package's removal from 'Unknown' status.Please note that it may take up to l to 2 weeks to process the removal of packages from 'Unknown' status, after which they will be shipped on the next available shipment day.
